Refund policy
- Return window: each product shows its return window before you buy (most are 30 days from delivery, and a few brands allow 10 days).
- How to return: reply to your order email or write to support@oouchh.com with your order number. We send the return steps and the address.
- Condition: items must be new, unused and in their original packaging, with tags attached.
- Return shipping: you pay the cost of sending a return back, unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.
- Exchanges: we don't offer exchanges. Return the item for a refund and place a new order.
- Refunds: once the brand receives the item, we refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
- Damaged or wrong item: send a photo within 7 days of delivery. We send a replacement or a full refund, and you don't pay return shipping.
- Final sale: products marked "Final sale" can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or wrong.
