What is OOUCHH?

OOUCHH is an online store for things that make a night in feel good: pajamas, robes, slippers, throw blankets, candles and bath sets. We pick each product from a US brand, and the brand ships your order straight to you.

Are these real brands?

Yes. Every product comes from a US brand we checked, and it ships from that brand's own store. No copies and no mystery sellers.

Why are these deals?

Many products are on sale at the brand right now. When you see a crossed-out price, it is the brand's own listed regular price. When the brand's sale ends, so does ours.

Is OOUCHH only for holiday gifts?

No. We stock cozy things all year. Right now we also have gift picks: gifts under $25, gifts under $50, gifts for her and gifts for him.

Orders and shipping

Who ships my order?

The brand ships it from the US. You get tracking by email as soon as it ships.

How long does shipping take?

Most of our brands ship within 1 to 3 business days, and a few take up to 5. The product page shows the brand's shipping time where we have it. After that, delivery is usually a few business days by carrier, and your tracking email shows the estimate.

Where do you ship?

To all 50 US states. Some brands can't ship to P.O. boxes; we tell you at checkout.

If I buy from two brands, does it come in one box?

No. Each brand ships its own box, and you get tracking for each one.

Will it arrive before Christmas?

Most orders arrive within 1 to 2 weeks, but carriers slow down in December, so order early. If a box can't ship in the time shown, we email you before that date and you can wait or cancel for a full refund.

How can I pay?

Checkout takes major cards, Shop Pay, PayPal and Google Pay.

Returns and refunds

Can I return something?

Yes, within the return window shown on the product page. Most are 30 days and a few brands allow 10. Reply to your order email or write to support@oouchh.com with your order number, and we send the return steps.
