This policy explains what personal information OOUCHH (Slickup LLC, doing business as OOUCHH) collects, why, and your choices.

What we collect

When you order: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address, items bought, and order history. Payment card details are handled by Shopify Payments, not stored by us.
When you join our list: your email (and phone, if you opt in to texts).
When you contact us: what you write and our replies.
Automatically: device and browser details, pages viewed, how you reached us, and cookies or similar tech. Analytics and advertising cookies are used only as your cookie choices allow.

How we use it

To take and fulfil your order, send order and shipping updates, and handle returns and refunds.
To send deal emails and texts you signed up for.
To prevent fraud and keep the site secure.
To understand what works on our site and improve it.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

Who we share it with

The brand that ships your order: your name, shipping address, phone (for the carrier) and the items ordered, only to ship and support that order.
Shopify and Shopify Payments: they host our store and process payments.
Service providers: for example email, analytics and customer support tools, under contracts that limit their use of your data.
Advertising partners: only as your cookie choices allow.
Legal reasons: when the law requires it, or to protect our rights or prevent fraud.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

Your choices and rights

Unsubscribe from emails with the link in any email; reply STOP to texts.
Change cookie choices at any time with "Your Privacy Choices" in the footer.
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, Texas and other states), you may have the right to:
know and access what we hold about you;
correct it;
delete it;
opt out of targeted advertising and of "sales" or "sharing" as those laws define them.
To use these rights, email support@oouchh.com. We verify requests and reply within the time the law requires. We don't treat you differently for using your rights.

How long we keep it

Order records: as long as tax and accounting law requires, usually 7 years.
Marketing list data: until you unsubscribe, plus a short period to honor that choice.
Other data: only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, and payments run through Shopify's PCI-compliant checkout. No system is perfectly secure.

Children

OOUCHH is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
