BUY THIS COSTUME!!I had never bought from this seller before, but for the price I figured it was worth a gamble. I bought this for my son, who will be three on Halloween, he’s 38inches tall and weighs 38 pounds. I bought him the 3t. It’s perfect! If I could change anything I probably would have went up a size (he’s chubby 😅). We went to a fall festival today and kids/parents were stopping us and asking to take pictures with him. He LOVES this costume.I will warn you though the material is a little thick, which is great because it’s very durable, but we live in Southeast Texas and it’s still in the high 90’s this time of year 🥵.No doubt I’d buy this again, it’s worth every penny!

Got it to go with a different mask. However the mask is totally cool.Got it to go with a different mask. However the mask is totally cool.

One-eyed ScarecrowI like that the costume won’t be a tripping hazard. My grandchild can see out of the mask. The only negative comment is it came with an eye missing. Now I have to get creative and add an eye. Or get a patch and go with a pirate scarecrow.

Perfectly adorableMy three year old INSISTED on being a spooky pumpkin this year. I showed him cute costumes, glow in the dark skeletons, regular scarecrows….no dice, this kid was being a spooky pumpkin NO EXCEPTION. I’m glad he insisted. This isn’t scary really, more like hilariously adorable when its a three year old miniature squeeling pumpkin scarecrow. Visibility through the mask is about equal with other costumes. The gloves are huge but we’ll probably be wearing cloth gloves anyway with our climate. And the “pants” are not pants. This is a robe, you’re meant to wear pants underneath this. Seriously, if you’re debating, this is a really great costume. Bought the size small, my son wears a 5T.

Cool suit 😁The suit is excellent. scary 😄 For a child of 5 years, size 5-6 is just right. really liked it.

Damaged and Not ReturnableUPDATE: Used markers to repair the mask! Runs small, but my son is now very happy. This item came in damaged. Huge chucks of paint from the mask were missing. My son was extremely disappointed and the item can’t be returned. At least we can use the rest of the costume.

Must KnowPros: When this costume arrived we were impressed with the relative quality of this versus other costumes we shopped for. In our area Halloween is typically very cold and having a costume with plenty of room for a warm outfit is important and this one has that. The mask is very well colored and the mesh provides lots of visibility without losing the overall illusion – great for non-flash photos indoor and outdoors. The hood seems very disproportionate but the effect is great. I didn’t notice any sewing issues but there is so much material, you’d have to dig for it.Cons: There is a concern that the ropes can be tightened but we were able to remedy that. The pants were short so we had to coordinate pants and shoes closely. The gloves are very small on the palm and are difficult to keep on, no stretch or smugness whatsoever. Mask is made of styrofoam and could easily crack with any rough use. The strap is lightly glued to the mask and mesh so it came off immediately. We didn’t have time or materials to remedy this so it turned into a big scarecrow costume very quickly which was disappointing, especially for the kids. This seems to be quite a problem as I saw other reviews mention the same thing (i.e. “First of all, this costume looks awesome but the 1st time my son tried it on the elastic broke on the mask.”) I wouldn’t put this on a kid with breathing or anxiety as the opening fits at the eyes and is made to have the mask ‘chin’ covering the child’s mouth. Lastly, kids with glasses, not a great pick.

Broke within 5 mins of having onNot worth the money. The pumpkin part is hard to wear, and broke within mins of trying on. The strap just came undone. Worst part is, it’s not returnable, so really just wasted the money on junk.

Very effective costumeCostume certainly delivered on the ‘scares’ – Lots of “that’s the best costume yet!” comments as our son trick or treated and one of his friends who tapped him on the back got a real fright as he turned round. The eyes make it. Would give it 5 stars were it not for the fact that you have a real noose with the neck rope. Our som obviously didn’t wear it, to be on safe side.

Damaged paint work on maskLike other reviewers have mentioned the paint work on the mask was damaged. The costume is too expensive to have damage like this but my son really wanted wear for Halloween so we ended up keeping it. Disappointing for me as the purchaser though, would have preferred to return it.
